To Ply squares over heated concrete sub-floor
step 1Diamond grind floor to remove construction debris, high spots and to ensure the best possible key to the slab, Vacuum floor and apply vapour barrier. Prime and level low spots
step 2Trowel adhesive on to the slab and fit accoustic underlay over
step 3Trowel adhesive on to the underlay and fit 400 x 400mm ply squares over. Allow 2-3mm expansion gap between squares. Sand ply squares flat, if necessary
step 4Trowel adhesive to top surface of ply and lay T&G over, secret fix with 40-45mm staples. Stagger all joins
step 5Sand,trowel fill, fine sand and apply polyurethane coating (min, 3 coats of poly).
