Over existing Ply/Timber sub-floor
step 1Remove or punch down any protrusions, screw, nail and/or glue down any loose substrate. Surface sand floor to clean and remove high spots. Fill any low spots with a suitable filler and primer
step 2Lay in the most visually appealing manner. If over existing T&G floor, apply at right angles to existing. Fix with adhesive directly to substrate and secret nail with 40 – 45mm staples. Stagger all joins
step 3Sand,trowel fill, fine sand and apply polyurethane coating (min, 3 coats of poly).
